Q.~ Where will you ship to?
A. We currently ship to addresses within the 50 United States and Canada as of right now (We are unable to send items to APO/FPO addresses). Hopefully, in the near future we will include shipping options worldwide.
Q.~ What type of payments do you accept?
A. You may pay using your Master Card, Visa, Discover, or American Express. Additionally, if you have a PayPal account, you can also use any other payment method offered by PayPal (eCheck, Direct funds Transfer, PayPal Balance, etc.).
Q.~ Can I mail in a payment?
A. Sure! You may pay by mailing in a Money Order drawn on a US bank or Post Office. Although, in order to streamline our order processing and fulfillment, we prefer electronic payment processing. This will also expedite shipping to you. Money Orders require a 10 day hold time prior to order shipment.
Q.~ What if you are "Out of Stock" or just don't have an item I'm looking for?
A. Typically an out of stock item is just a temporary condition, we continually replenish our stock on a regular basis. Depending on the athlete and the time of year, these times may vary (i.e. if we're out of Jeter memorabilia in the month of June, it might be tough to tie him down with a signing.). If there is something special or personalized that you seek, just ask! We'll make every attempt to accommodate your request!
Q.~ Why must I pay for a item I chose to Preorder or
Backorder? A. Certain items are offered as a limited time or
special edition piece, therefore we arrange with our distributors to have these
pieces signed at a discounted rate. We strive to pass these cost savings on to
you, our customer, and in return only require your sincere commitment to the
product. Because these sports figures cannot commit to a strict schedule
(especially during in-season periods), sometimes the timeframe will may be
delayed. If this happens, you'll be notified and it will be your choice to
except the additional time required or we will then issue you a full
refund.
Q.~ What about refunds and returns?
A. We want you to be happy with your purchase! Therefore we offer a 15 day unconditional return policy (from delivery date), if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, contact us and we will arrange for a full refund (less return shipping) once the merchandise is received back to our facility along with all pertinent paperwork.
Q.~ Can I cancel my order?
A. Yes. As long as your item(s) have not shipped, simply login through our account console and cancel your order. We will refund your payment immediately.
Q.~ Can I buy a Gift Certificate?
A. Absolutely! Just go here and fill in all of the appropriate information and your Gift Certificate will be delivered.
To redeem a Gift Certificate:
Select Gift Certificate as the method of payment. Your balance due will be reduced by the amount of the certificate and you will then select the method of payment for the remaining balance due.
If you spend less than the full amount of your Gift Certificate, your invoice will show the amount spent. Any unused balance will remain on the Gift Certificate for use in future purchases. Login and click on the Gift Certificate link on the home page to check the status and balance of your certificate.
Q.~ When does my Gift Certificate expire?
A. Gift Certificates expire 1 year from their issue date. The Autographed Athlete is not required to honor the Gift Certificate after the expiration date.
Q.~ What if I lose my Gift Certificate?
A. Our customer service representatives can help a recipient find the claim code of a misplaced or accidentally deleted Gift Certificate.
